- Products with any kind of major defects are only considered for return or exchange.
- Minor handloom defects are not considered for refunds.
- (b) There is a slight difference in the actual colour shade of the product as compared to the image as that might appear due to photography as every monitor tunes differently.
- Customized orders are not considered for return. They will be taken only on a prepaid basis.
- In case of return, we will add the balance in your customer Account which will be valid for 1 month from the day we receive back the product.
- No exchanges or returns are applicable on sale/discounted items.
- Products with any kind of defects needs be reported within 12 hours after delivery.
- This is to bring to your notice that there might be some orders which we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our
sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. The possible reasons for the same are :
- Limitations on quantity available for purchase.
- Incorrect product or pricing information
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud verification department.
- We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order
is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
- If the order is cancelled after payment is made on credit card, we will refund the amount to your card.
Cancellations By Customer/Consumer
If the cancellations occur before dispatch of the product, the order shall be cancelled. However, if the cancellations occur after dispatch of product, cancellations will not be applicable. The customer will have to apply for refund as per the policy. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision as final regarding the cancellation.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan by courier. Products shall be made available to you within 7 business days. Order deliveries will be made between 10 AM – 8 PM (IST) except sunday.
Products are needed to be signed for on delivery. If you are not available for signing at the time of order delivery , we request an alternative to sign on your behalf. Rajasthanirangrez.com takes no responsibility for the products signed by an alternative person. We are not responsible for
damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within the same day of delivery. We appreciate your effort!
